Schedule an Inspection
Permits # 2023-100 and following: Inspections must be scheduled via the online portal by clicking here
Permits prior to 2023-099: follow the instructions below to schedule an inspection:
Inspections are scheduled by email request on a first-come first-serve basis.
To schedule an inspection, please email inspectionsga@bureauveritas.com and include the following information within your email:
- Permit #
- Location of build
- Specific Inspection being requested (Example: Footers, Rough Plumbing, Manufactured Home Setup, etc.)
- Contact information
- Additional information that may be needed for inspectors (e.g. gate access code, specific location and/or directions to access the property)
Once properly requested, inspections are typically scheduled for the 1-2 business days following receipt of the request. Requests received after 2pm may not be received until the next business day causing the inspection to be scheduled the day following receipt; 2 days following the request.
Requests sent on Friday after 2pm are typically not received until the following Monday causing the inspection to be scheduled for Tuesday's at the earliest.
