Franklin County Convenience Center Announcement:
Effective August 1, 2020, the Franklin County Convenience Center located at 4542 Harrison Bridge Road will no longer accept cash payment. The Convenience Center will only accept checks or credit cards with proper identification. Franklin County currently operates three recycling centers and one solid waste center.
