Meetings are open to the public and meeting agendas are available online no later than 4:30 PM the Friday prior to the meeting.

Procedures for requesting to speak at a meeting:

Contact the county clerk and request to be on the agenda.  

Complete the Speaker Request Form and return it to the County Clerk.  To access the Speaker Request Form click: this link  

 

Requests to speak at a meeting should be submitted to the county clerk no later than one week prior to the meeting.  Speaker Request Forms can be submitted to the County Clerk by email, mail, fax, or in person.

Individuals will be allotted 5 minutes for comments and the comments must be limited to the individuals chosen topic.

Members of the public shall not make inappropriate or offensive comments at a board meeting and are expected to comply with the rules of decorum that are established for the commissioners. An individual who violates the rules of decorum may be removed from the meeting at the direction of the chairman.
